Return and Exchange Policies
All exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services.
For cash refunds, all merchandise must be in original undamaged package or a 15% restocking fee will apply.
All cash refunds paid by personal check can only be refunded after 10 days.
No refunds will be given for labor, special orders, or close out items.
All warranty repair or replacement must be returned to the manufacture for processing. We will be happy to assist you, however, return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
No returns on fired bows or crossbows.
Air/Breath Activated Game Calls Calls $40.00 and under:
Please be sure of your choice. Check package before purchasing. Due to sanitary reasons we cannot refund or exchange these calls.
High End Duck And Goose Calls:
Due to the expensive nature of these calls – Fin Feather Fur Outfitters will refund or exchange up to ten days from the date of purchase. Must have register receipt.
Tree Stands
NO RETURNS ON OPENED TREE STANDS. There are absolutely NO RETURNS ON TREE STANDS THAT HAVE HAD THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OPENED. This is because of the insurance and liability issues and there are NO exceptions. Please make sure that you are purchasing exactly what you need. If you have any questions please ask on of our trained staff for assistance to be sure you are getting the right model. We are sorry for any inconvenience but this is due to circumstances beyond our control.
Firearms, Ammunition, Powder, Primers You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase long gun ammunition. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
There are absolutely NO RETURNS on firearms, loaded ammunition, powder, or primers. This is due to liability and insurance issues beyond our control. Please make sure you are buying exactly what you need. If you have any questions at all, check with one of our trained staff.
We follow all Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE) rules and regulations for the sale and transfer of firearms. To purchase a handgun the purchaser must be 21 years of age or older, to purchase a long gun (shotguns, rifles, and muzzleloaders) the purchaser must be 18 years of age or older. The purchaser of the firearm(s) must be present to fill out all paperwork. If the purchaser does not reside within a reasonable driving distance of our location we will transfer the firearm(s) to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder closer to their residence per BATFE regulations. Firearm(s), shipping costs, and transfer fees must be paid in full before the transfer takes place. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Fin Feather & Fur Outfitters of whom the receiving FFL holder is, both Fin Feather & Fur Outfitters and the receiving FFL holder involved must be notified, and FFL’s must be exchanged before the firearm(s) is transferred. The purchaser is responsible for any fees the receiving FFL holder requests and the BATFE form 4473 must be filled out when the firearm(s) is picked up at the receiving FFL holder. When transferring a firearm the receiving FFL holder is required to follow the regulations for the state the purchaser resides in. If Fin Feather Fur Outfitters is aware that your state does not allow the sale of the gun you want, we WILL NOT ship it to you.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to know the regulations of the state, county, and city they reside in. We are not currently shipping firearms to the state of California.
All firearms sales conducted through our website are final. If there is any problem with a firearm transferred to Fin Feather Fur Outfitters from another FFL holder reparations are the responsibilities of the original FFL holder not Fin Feather Fur Outfitters.
Conversely Fin Feather & Fur Outfitters does accept transfers from other FFL holders, all the above regulations apply.
Shipping We can ship anything that does not require Hazmat licensing. We cannot ship Black Powder, smokeless powder, primers, or camp stove fuels. We can only ship items that weigh less than 150 lb’s
We ship Tuesday through Friday via UPS Ground. Any orders received before 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day, any orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day, all Friday orders received after 2:00 p.m. and all weekend orders will be shipped on Tuesday. Some items can be shipped Next Day or Two day for an extra charge, ask for details and pricing. Oversized items will carry a larger shipping charge, ask for details and rates.
We ship to anyone in the United States and with some restrictions we do ship to Canada. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Porto Rico but the shipping charges will be extra. All local and state laws apply, this includes but is not limited to: Age restrictions on ammunition, knives, firearms, archery, etc.; local and state restrictions on ammunition, handgun magazine capacity, etc.; and all Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE) regulations concerning the purchasing and transferring of firearms. The PURCHASER is responsible for knowing the local and state regulations for their community. We do not ship to P.O. boxes but we will ship to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO). The Purchaser must contact us for details on orders to APO/FPO and orders to Canada before the order is shipped.
For all Canadian orders: Once the products leave our shipping department they become the responsibility of the recipient. Fin Feather Fur Outfitters is not liable for any situations that may arise with Customs Officials or any situations that may arise after the product crosses the American-Canadian border. Fin Feather Fur Outfitters will not accept exchanges or returns on any international orders.

Fin Feather Fur Outfitters strives to provide our customers with the most up to date pricing. Because of this our in-store pricing mat not always be the same as our online pricing. Products ordered online will not be available for in store pickup.
Fin Feather Fur Outfitters cannot guarantee availability of our products. We will put forth all reasonable efforts to notify our customer if their order cannot be processed and shipped within the timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy and advise them as to what options they have concerning order processing.
